If a client has an adverse reaction to a product or if they are dissatisfied with the product in some way, they may submit a complaint. The Complaints tab displays a high-level overview of all complaints associated with a specific client.
Click New to Record a Complaint from the Client, or click on an existing complaint to visit the Complaint's Profile in the Complaints module.
