The Vault Locations and Picking Bins tab manages all non-grow room locations, like vaults, processing locations, and Picking Bins. When creating a new Bulk Lot or Tote, a Processing Technician selects a location to house the lot or tote.

A vault is any location that houses inventory, such as Seed Lots and retained samples, for long-term storage. Picking Bins come into play during the Order Fulfillment process on the Gun App.

Click New to Create a New Vault Location or Picking Bin.

A Processing Technician can also click Print a Barcode to print an identification label for a vault or Picking Bin.
