A Vault or Picking Bin is any location that houses inventory, such as Seed Lots, retained samples, or bulk cannabis. Vaults and Picking Bin locations are different from Grow Room locations, which house living cannabis plants. Visit the Growmodule to Create a New Grow Room.
Required permission(s): production_read, location_create
In the Productions module, open the Vault Locations and Picking Bins tab.
Click New. This opens the Create Location/Bin modal.
Enter a unique name and a brief description for the new Vault or Picking Bin in the fields provided.
Click Confirm to create the new Vault or Bin.
After creating a new Vault or Bin, a Processing Technician should immediately Label the New Location.
