Once clients have submitted orders, Fulfillment Associates pick bottles from the inventory to fulfill the orders, package the bottles into shipping containers with appropriate labels, and prepare the packages for shipment. Depending on the license holder, fulfillment and shipping responsibilities may be split between multiple positions or combined with other roles.
Fulfillment Associates work primarily in the Order Fulfillment module on the Gun App and interact with the Seed-to-Sale software through Specialized Fulfillment & Shipping Hardware.
Key tasks for Fulfillment Associates include:
Picking bottles from inventory
Labeling, packaging, and shipping cannabis products
Creating shipment batches
The Vault or Vault Super security roles are ideal for Fulfillment Associates.
