The Policies tab tracks all policies that apply to the product. If no policies are selected, that product will be ineligible for coverage, unless the client is covered under a Global Policy.

Check the boxes provided to Add Policy Coverage to the Product.


The Policies tab only displays policy types saved to the license holder's system. If policies are missing from the list, you can Add a New Policy Type.

A client must be covered under the same policy as the product to receive coverage for the product. Visit the Clients module to Add a Client Policy.
