The Symptoms and Ailments tab tracks any medical conditions, symptoms, or ailments that can be treated or abated by the product. When matching clients with products, the license holder's Customer Service team can cross-reference this information with the Medical Profile tab in a Client's Profile to recommend products to meet the client's medical needs.
Please note that this information does not appear in the Client Portal; it is only for internal use.
In the Ailment Selection section, select all applicable ailments and click Save. If the product treats an ailment that is not listed, visit the Medical Settings module to Add a New Ailment.
In the Symptom Selection section, select all applicable symptoms and click Save. If the product treats a symptom that is not listed, visit the Medical Settings module to Add a New Symptom.
