The Products module manages a license holder's products and Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). Here, Product Managers can create new products and SKUs, manage inventory, and determine the product information and images that appear on the Client Portal. The Products module splits into two tabs: Products, and Settings.
Opening the Products module brings you to the Products dashboard.
Dashboard
The Products dashboard provides a high-level overview of all products saved to the license holder's system. Sort this product list using any one of several fields:
ID: Sorts by ID numbers.
Product Name: Sorts alphabetically by name.
Strain: Sorts alphabetically by product strain. Product strains are user-configured categories used to group products with similar characteristics. Visit the Product Strains sub-tab to Add a New Product Strain.
Type: Sorts by product type. Product types identify the nature of the product and determine the options and fields that appear in the product's SKU Profiles.
The dashboard also displays the available units of each product, as well as which products allow backorders.
Filter the list using the options above the product index. Select the Show Archived radio button to view archived products, or use the Search bar to enter specific search criteria.
Click New to Add a New Product.
Select a product from the index to open the Product's Profile.
