How to Add a Credit Card – Client Profile

To facilitate purchases, a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–can save credit card information in a Client's Profile.

Required permission(s): client_read, credit_card_create

  1. In the Clients module, select a client. This opens the selected Client's Profile.

  2. Open the Credit Cards tab.

  3. Click New to open an Add New Credit Card page.

  4. Enter the client's credit card information in the fields provided.

    • The Ample Organics Seed-to-Sale software implements eFraud Address Verification for select payment providers. This validates the credit card with the client's address for an extra layer of security. This feature is enabled by default. To disable it, check the Skip Address Verification box.

  5. Click Save to validate and store the client's credit card information.


Saving a client's credit card information streamlines the process of Placing a New Order in the Orders module.
