While it's best to take courses as part of a Teal Certification learning path, each student can pick and choose the courses relevant to their role and take courses in any order. Teal Certification Paths

Through AmpleLearn, a license holder has access to six Teal Certification learning paths. These learning paths are tailored to the needs of several standard job functions found at any cannabis production facility and provide each employee with focused training on the parts of the Seed-to-Sale software they use to complete their daily work. Upon completing a learning path, an employee earns a Teal Certification as proof of their achievement. Click on any of the links below to learn more about a specific Teal Certification learning path. - Cultivation - Inventory Management - Quality Assurance - Administration - Client Services - Champion Cultivation Cultivation.jpg The Teal Certification in Cultivation is a targeted program for Grow Technicians, Grow Managers, and anyone else who works on the Grow room floor. After a brief introduction to the seed-to-sale software as a whole, the learning path explores the essential cultivation workflow, including managing living plants from the propagation stage through to the flowering stage, tracking destroyed material, and logging harvests. You will also get a peek at how the seed-to-sale software manages cannabis post-harvest, and learn how cannabis is processed, tested for quality, and approved for packaging and sale. As part of the certification program, students receive access to learning aids and bonus introductory courses on the history of cannabis legislation in Canada. Students also receive access to the Ample Organics Knowledge Base, which contains over 500 articles on the seed-to-sale software. Duration Approximately three hours. The program also touches on the Products module, where you'll learn how to create new products and SKUs and package bulk cannabis into units to sell through the Client Portal. As part of the certification program, students receive access to learning aids and bonus introductory courses on the history of cannabis legislation in Canada. Subscription Options

AmpleLearn is available in three subscription options based on the length of access. A license holder will get the most out of AmpleLearn by signing up for a 6 or 12-month subscription, as this allows adequate time for each employee to complete an appropriate Teal Certification learning path, and for the license holder's training team to incorporate AmpleLearn into their training and onboarding processes. | | | | --- | --- | | Subscription Length | Price | | 3 months | $300 CAD | | 6 months | $500 CAD | | 12 months | $1000 CAD | Each subscription option grants a license holder up to five seats in AmpleLearn. This means that up to five employees can access AmpleLearn content at any time, and once an employee completes their training, the license holder can transfer the seat to another employee. Please note that this pricing model is specific to Ample Organics clients. Non-clients interested in AmpleLearn can purchase the Teal Certification program of their choice from the AmpleLearn Shopify Site. Free Trials Each license holder is entitled to a seven-day free trial with AmpleLearn, which grants access to limited AmpleLearn content for up to two users. This allows the license holder's training and/or management team to assess AmpleLearn as a training solution. Throughout the free trial, the Ample Organics training team is available via email (training@ampleorganics.com) to answer questions and help the license holder's management develop a training plan. Onboarding with AmpleLearn

AmpleLearn is a dynamic eLearning platform designed to teach new employees about the Seed-to-Sale software and how the software integrates with their daily work. In total, AmpleLearn offers over 10 hours of eLearning course content sorted between six focused Teal Certification learning paths. A license holder with an AmpleLearn subscription should assign a Teal Certification learning path for each new employee to complete within the first few weeks of their employment. Ideally, this should take place before the employee has access to the license holder's production environment. Upon hiring a new employee, follow the steps below to ensure the employee gets the most out of their training through AmpleLearn: 1. Send an email to training@ampleorganics.com with the new employee's name, email address, and the appropriate Teal Certification learning path for their role. - Learn more about Teal Certification options. Instruct the employee to follow along with the AmpleLearn content to get hands-on experience in the Seed-to-Sale software. - Ensure the employee has the appropriate Security Role for their job. 3. Request an AmpleLearn status report to track the new employee's progress. Each license holder will receive a status report at the end of each month, but the AmpleLearn team can generate these reports by request at any time. mceclip1.png 4. Once the employee completes their Teal Certification learning path, instruct them to print off and submit their certification to Human Resources. This ensures the license holder has a record of all employees who have completed training through AmpleLearn. - The employee should print a second copy for their use.
