How to Archive a Destruction Substance Type

The Destruction Substance Types sub-tab allows a licence holder to customize the cannabis substance types that Grow Technicians regularly destroy, such as seeds, flowering plants, and dried cannabis. If a destruction substance type is not used anymore, follow the steps below to archive it.

Required permission(s): destruction_lot_read

  1. In the Destruction module, open the Settings tab.

  2. Open the Destruction Substance Types sub-tab.

  3. Select a destruction substance type. This opens a menu of actions.

  4. Click Archive. This opens a confirmation modal.

  5. Click Archive to archive the destruction substance type.

From the Destruction Substance Types sub-tab, you can also Edit or Add a destruction substance type. From the Destruction Reason Codes sub-tab, you can Add, Edit, or Archive a destruction reason code.
