How to Add a New Symptom

When creating a client's Medical Profile, a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–identifies any symptoms the client experiences that may be treated by cannabis products. Follow the steps below to customize the menu of symptoms.

  1. In the Medical Settings module, open the Symptoms tab.

  2. Click New to open the Create Symptom modal.

  3. Enter a unique name for the new symptom in the field provided.

  4. Click Create to add the new symptom.

Open the Ailments tab to Add a New Ailment.
