The Destruction Events Report provides a detailed view of every destruction weight event associated with Destruction Lots that were closed during the reporting period. This allows a licence holder to verify data pulled to populate the monthly CTLS and CRA Reports.
In the Reports module, open the Monthly Reports tab.
Scroll down to the Unfinished Inventory section, and locate the Destruction Events sub-section.
Select the reporting period from the field provided.
Click Download Report to generate the Destruction Events Report in CSV format.
From the Monthly Reports tab, you can also download the Monthly Weight Events Report, Batch Events Report, CTLS Report, Healthcare Practitioners Report, and CRA Report. To verify the data pulled for monthly reports, download an Audit Report.
