In the event of a Product Recall, the licence holder must quickly identify and contact any clients or vendors who have purchased the affected inventory. Once the facility has identified a Bulk Lot associated with the compromised inventory, a QA Technician should follow the steps below to generate a Forensics
Report. A Forensics Report lists each bottle–or EA unit–associated with the affected inventory, and identifies any bottles that have been sold to clients, packaged into cases, or shipped to vendors. The report also includes the contact information of any clients or vendors who have purchased the affected cannabis to facilitate the recall process.

  5. Click Download Forensics CSV. This generates a forensics report, in CSV format, that lists the status of each bottle–or EA unit–from each of the selected inventory sources.

Once Customer Service Representatives contact all clients affected by the recall, the clients will return the affected bottles and receive refunds. Visit the Orders module for information on how to Return and Refund orders.
