How to Reset Picking for an Order

If something interrupts an order's fulfillment process, a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–should reset picking for the order. This returns any picked bottles to the inventory, reverts the order's status to Placed, and reverts the packing order's stage to Picking.

Required permission(s): order_read, order_placed_reset

  1. In the Orders module, select an order.

    • Note: The order's status must be Placed or Shipped.

  2. Click the

    icon to open a menu of options.

  3. Select Reset Picking. This opens a confirmation modal.

  4. Click Reset Status. This sets the order's status to Order Placed and the packing order back to the Picking stage. Any bottles or units picked for the order will be returned to the inventory.

Visit the Order Fulfillment module on the Gun App to Pick New Bottles for the Order.
