By default, the Orders index lists all orders, except archived orders, by creation date. To declutter the Orders index, Customer Service Representatives–or CSRs–should regularly archive all orders in the Shipped or Delivered status. This hides completed orders from the main Orders index. However, a CSR can still access archived orders by checking the Archived checkbox.
Required permission(s): order_read, archive_all_orders
Open the Orders module.
Click the
icon to open a menu of options.
Select Archive Shipped or Archive Delivered to archive all orders in the selected status.
Also from the Orders menu, a Fulfillment Associate can Download a Picking List to facilitate the Order Fulfillment process.
