If a physician's licence to prescribe cannabis has been revoked, a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–must disable the physician to ensure that all prescriptions associated with the physician are also disabled. Please note that disabling a physician is irreversible. A CSR cannot restore a disabled physician to Active status.

In the Medical Settings module, open the Physicians tab. It should be open by default.

Select a physician to open the Physician's Profile.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Disable. This opens a Disable Physician confirmation modal.

Click OK to disable the physician and all associated prescriptions.
The Medical Settings module also allows you to Add, Update,or Archive a physician.
