Through AmpleLearn, a license holder has access to six Teal Certification learning paths. These learning paths are tailored to the needs of several standard job functions found at any cannabis production facility and provide each employee with focused training on the parts of the Seed-to-Sale software they use to complete their daily work. Upon completing a learning path, an employee earns a Teal Certification as proof of their achievement.

Cultivation

The Teal Certification in Cultivation is a targeted program for Grow Technicians, Grow Managers, and anyone else who works on the Grow room floor. After a brief introduction to the seed-to-sale software as a whole, the learning path explores the essential cultivation workflow, including managing living plants from the propagation stage through to the flowering stage, tracking destroyed material, and logging harvests. You will also get a peek at how the seed-to-sale software manages cannabis post-harvest, and learn how cannabis is processed, tested for quality, and approved for packaging and sale.

As part of the certification program, students receive access to learning aids and bonus introductory courses on the history of cannabis legislation in Canada. Students also receive access to the Ample Organics Knowledge Base, which contains over 500 articles on the seed-to-sale software.

Duration

Approximately three hours.

Courses Included

  • The Ample Organics Ecosystem: Learn how the software and hardware elements of the seed-to-sale software integrate with daily workflows at a cannabis facility.

  • Destruction: Learn how to set up, close, and destroy Destruction Lots, and explore the essential destruction workflow used throughout the seed-to-sale software.

  • Grow: Learn how the Grow module tracks living cannabis plants through a complete cultivation cycle, from seed or cutting through to harvest.

  • Productions & Work Orders: Learn how to manage Bulk Lots, process harvested cannabis into a saleable form, and perform lab testing and other essential quality assurance tasks.

Inventory Management

The Teal Certification in Inventory Management focuses on post-harvest inventory management functions throughout the seed-to-sale software and is ideal for Packaging Associates, Inventory Managers, Product Managers, and Fulfillment Associates. After a brief introduction to the seed-to-sale software as a whole, the learning path explores essential milestones between harvest and sale, including processing freshly harvested cannabis into a saleable form, creating products and SKUs, packaging bulk cannabis into units, and fulfilling orders placed through the Client Portal. You will also learn how the seed-to-sale software manages inventory sold to vendors in wholesale transactions.

As part of the certification program, students receive access to learning aids and bonus introductory courses on the history of cannabis legislation in Canada. Students also receive access to the Ample Organics Knowledge Base, which contains over 500 articles on the seed-to-sale software.

  • Wholesale: Learn how to pack cannabis into cases to sell to vendors in the recreational market, create and fulfill sales orders, and receive packaged inventory.

Quality Assurance

The Teal Certification in Quality Assurance is a specialized learning path for Quality Assurance Technicians that touches on all parts of the seed-to-sale software with built-in QA functionality. After a brief introduction to the seed-to-sale software as a whole, the learning path explores how to test cannabis for quality in the processing and packaging workflow, respond to client complaints, and initiate product recalls and other investigative actions.

As part of the certification program, students receive access to learning aids and bonus introductory courses on the history of cannabis legislation in Canada. Students also receive access to the Ample Organics Knowledge Base, which contains over 500 articles on the seed-to-sale software.

Approximately five hours.

The Teal Certification in Administration guides members of a license holder's Administration team through the essential settings used to manage activities in a seed-to-sale environment. After a brief introduction to the seed-to-sale software as a whole, the learning path explores how to set up and standardize options and workflows throughout the software, which determines how employees log and track data as they complete their daily work.

As part of the certification program, students receive access to learning aids and bonus introductory courses on the history of cannabis legislation in Canada. Students also receive access to the Ample Organics Knowledge Base, which contains over 500 articles on the seed-to-sale software.

Approximately two hours.

  • Setting Up for Production I: Learn how to set up a new seed-to-sale environment. This includes configuring settings in the Grow, Productions, Work Orders, and Products modules.

  • Setting Up for Production II: Learn how to configure advanced settings in a new seed-to-sale environment. This includes setting up the Destruction module and connecting hardware.

Client Services

The Teal Certification in Client Services is a targeted program for Customer Service Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and anyone who interacts directly with clients. After a brief introduction to the seed-to-sale software as a whole, the learning path explores essential client management functions, including registering new clients, accepting and fulfilling orders, and managing client communications and complaints. The program also touches on the Products module, where you'll learn how to create new products and SKUs and package bulk cannabis into units to sell through the Client Portal.

As part of the certification program, students receive access to learning aids and bonus introductory courses on the history of cannabis legislation in Canada. Students also receive access to the Ample Organics Knowledge Base, which contains over 500 articles on the seed-to-sale software.

The Champion Certification includes all AmpleLearn courses and is ideal for students seeking mastery of the seed-to-sale software. The learning path covers the complete seed-to-sale process, from cultivating living plants in the Grow module to selling finished cannabis products to clients in the medical market and vendors in the recreational market. Upon earning a Champion Certification, a student can claim certificates for any other AmpleLearn learning path.

As part of the certification program, students receive access to learning aids and bonus introductory courses on the history of cannabis legislation in Canada. Students also receive access to the Ample Organics Knowledge Base, which contains over 500 articles on the seed-to-sale software.
