The Order History tab in the Client Portal summarizes all orders a client has placed since registering with the license holder.

For each order listed, a client can see the order's ID number, the date on which the order was placed, the order's status, the total cost, the number of items in the order, and the order's prescription deduction.

If a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–generates an Order Confirmation Receipt or Shipping Receipt from the Order's Profile, the client will be able to Download the Order Confirmation Receipt or Shipping Receipt directly from this tab.

To Generate a Custom Order Log, enter a date range in the fields provided on the right side of the screen.
