How to Restore a Batch Subset

If a batch subset–also known as a Grow–is destroyed in error, follow this process to restore the Grow.

Required permission(s): batch_read, plant_restore

  1. In the Grow module, open the Batches tab.

  2. Click the Archived radio button to display all archived batches and grows.

  3. Select an archived Grow to open the Overview tab on the Grow's Profile.

    • Note: Batches and Grows are marked as archived when they are sold wholesale, harvested, or destroyed. Take care to select a Grow that has been destroyed.

    icon to open a menu of options.

  5. Select Restore Plants. This opens the Restore Destroyed Plants modal.

  6. In the Stage section, click one of the radio buttons to select the stage of the plants to restore. A Grow Technician can select a single stage to restore, or restore plants from all stages by clicking All.

  7. In the Location section, click one or more radio buttons to select the location(s) of the plants to restore. A Grow Technician can select all locations by clicking All.

  8. In the Destruction Date section, click one or more radio buttons to select the destruction date(s) of the plants to restore. A Grow Technician can select all destruction dates by clicking All.

  9. In the Quantity section, indicate the number of plants to restore. The All radio button is selected by default, but a Grow Technician can also click the Other Amount radio button and enter a custom amount in the field below.

  10. In the Destruction Weight section, click one of the radio buttons to indicate whether or not to remove the input weight from the Destruction Lot.

    • If removing the input weight from the Destruction Lot:

      1. Click Remove Input Weight from Destruction Lot. Additional destruction fields will appear.

      2. Enter the weight, in grams, to remove from the Destruction Lot in the field provided

      3. Open the Reason Code drop-down menu, and select a Destruction Reason Code.

      4. Open the Substance Destroyed drop-down menu, and select the Destroyed Substance.

  11. Click the OK button to restore the Grow.
