A dispensing record is a detailed record of all aspects of an order. This includes information about the client, prescription, and prescribing physician, as well as inventory details such as the weight and volume of the bottles–or EA units–used to fulfill the order. The dispensing record also includes quality assurance verifications and post-picking inspection fields to ensure compliance to order fulfillment protocols. Follow this process to generate a dispensing record:
Required permission(s): order_read, order_update
In the Orders module, select an order in the Placed, Shipped, or Delivered status.
Open the Dispensing Record tab.
Click Generate New Dispensing Record. A new dispensing record file will appear as a line item on the Dispensing Record tab.
Click the dispensing record's title to download and open the PDF file.
Visit the order's Overview tab to generate a Confirmation Receipt, Shipping Receipt, or Policy Receipt.
