The Discount Types tab tracks all discount types saved to a licence holder's Seed-to-Sale environment. When Creating a Discount or Adding a Policy Type, a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–must select a discount type to identify the nature of the discount. Common discount types include Compassionate Pricing, Manual Discounts, and Shipping Discounts. A licence holder should be granular as they like when configuring their menu of discount types, as descriptive discount types promote accurate data collection on the Policy Type report, Policy Usage report, and Discount report.

CSRs can access the details of each discount offered at their facility from the Discounts module dashboard.
