If bottles are mislabelled or packaged in error, Packaging Associates can return the cannabis to the source Bulk Lot by reclaiming the bottles. This allows an associate to repackage the cannabis properly.
A Packaging Associate can also Reclaim Bottles Individually through the Gun App.
Required permission(s): product_read, received_inventory_read, reclaim_bottles_create
In the Products module, select a product.
Select a SKU. This opens the SKU's Profile.
Open the Inventory tab.
Note: The Packaging Runs sub-tab will be open by default. To reclaim bottles from a received inventory, open the Received Inventory sub-tab. The process is the same in both sub-tabs.
Select a Packaging Run or Received Inventory, and click the
icon to open a menu of options.
Select Reclaim Bottles. This opens a Reclaim Bottles modal.
Select the bottles to reclaim. A Packaging Associate can select bottles individually, select a quantity, or enter a range of bottle IDs.
To select bottles individually:
Open the Select Available Bottles By drop-down menu, and select Individual Selection.
Select bottles to reclaim by checking the boxes next to each bottle's ID number. Toggle between pages as necessary until all bottles are selected. A Packaging Associate can select all bottles on a page by checking the box in the column header.
To select a quantity of bottles:
To enter a range of bottle IDs:
Indicate whether or not to delete the bottle records. This will remove all record of the selected bottle ID numbers from the Seed-to-Sale software database. Once deleted, bottle IDs cannot be restored.
Click Proceed to Review to advance to a summary of the reclamation. This includes the number of bottles to be reclaimed and whether or not the bottle IDs will be deleted.
Read through the summary page. If everything is in order, click Confirm and Reclaim to finalize the mass bottle reclamation.
