After packaging bottles through a Packaging Run or Mass Packaging Run, a Packaging Associate can generate a bottling record to quickly pull all bottle ID numbers included in the run. A bottling record is useful for traceability in the event of a Product Recall.
Required permission(s): product_read, received_inventory_read
In the Products module, select a product.

Select a SKU to open the SKU's Profile.

Open the Inventory tab. The Packaging Runs sub-tab will be open by default.

Locate the Packaging Run in question, and click the
icon in the leftmost cell to open a menu of options.

Select View Bottling Record. This prompts a Bottling Record PDF to download.
Visit the Case SKU Profile to Pull a Casing Record.
From the Packaging Runs tab, a Packaging Associate can also Release or Unrelease a Packaging Run, Reclaim Bottles, or Move a Packaging Run to a New SKU.
