When Adding a New Client or Adding a New Physician, a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–may select a referral code to indicate how the client or physician was referred to the licence holder. CSRs configure referral code options from the Settings tab.
In the Clients module, open the Settings tab.
Click the Referral Codes sub-tab. It should be open by default.
Click New to open the Create Referral Code modal.
Enter a unique name for the referral code in the field provided.
Click Create to add the referral code to the list.
From the Clients Settings tab, a CSR can also Add a New Call Log Reason, Add a New Policy Type, or Add a New Language.
