The Recurring Orders tab allows Customer Service Representatives–or CSRs–to track recurring orders. Clients who consistently order the same products may elect to create a recurring order template. This prompts the seed-to-sale software to auto-generate a new order from the template each month according to the client's prescription periods. This newly generated recurring order saves in the Open status, which allows the CSR to make any necessary adjustments to the order before processing the client's payment.
Please note that if any SKUs in a client's recurring order template are out of stock, the seed-to-sale software will not create the order.
Visit the Orders dashboard to access all non-recurring orders.
