If the client if dissatisfied with their order, they may submit a complaint. The Complaints tab displays a high-level overview of any complaints associated with an order.
Click New to Record a Complaint. This opens a new Complaint Profile with the order pre-selected in the Pertains To section.
Click on an existing complaint to visit the Complaint's Profile in the Complaints module.
