The Complaint Types tab manages the complaint categories and complaint types available when adding a new complaint. A complaint category is the general category into which the complaint falls, such as QA, Customer Service, or Production. Complaint categories break down further into complaint types, sub-categories that describe a specific problem such as a leaky bottle, an incorrect label, or an adverse reaction.
Click New in the Complaint Categories section to Create a New Complaint Category.
Click New in the Complaint Types section to Create a New Complaint Type. To archive a complaint type, click the icon. To see archived complaint types in the list, select Include Archived.
Visit the Clients module to Record a New Complaint.
