The Email Logs tab allows a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–to quickly send emails to update the client about their registration status. Functions of these emails include:
- Notifying the client that their registration has been approved
- Notifying the client that their registration renewal has been approved
- Notifying the client that their registration amendment has been approved
Emails sent from the Email Logs tab are based on templates that automatically populate with the client's personal information, so the CSR can send the email at the click of a button. To customize the style and text of these email templates, contact AmpleSupport at email@example.com.
Click Send Patient Email to Send a Confirmation Email. This opens a Send Patient Email modal.
Select a Mail Template, and click Send.
Emails sent out using this method are assigned a unique ID number and saved in a list on the Email Logs tab.
