If the Bulk Lot does not pass internal quality assurance testing, the licence holder's QA team can place a QA Hold on the Bulk Lot to ensure other employees are aware of the problem. The QA tab tracks all QA Holds associated with a Bulk Lot.
Click New to Create a New QA Hold. Select a QA Hold from the list to edit it.
When creating or editing a QA Hold, a QA Technician will indicate the reason for the QA Hold, a brief description of the problem, any steps taken to fix the problem, and measures taken to prevent the problem from occurring in the future. Sometimes, a Bulk Lot is put under a QA Hold for a minor, correctable issue. If the issue is resolved, click Close to close the QA Hold and indicate that the Bulk Lot meets QA standards.
