When Adding a New Client or Adding a New Physician, a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–may select a referral code to indicate how the client or physician was referred to the licence holder. CSRs configure referral code options from the Settings tab.
- In the Clients module, open the Settings tab.
- Click the Referral Codes sub-tab. It should be open by default.
- Click New to open the Create Referral Code modal.
- Enter a unique name for the referral code in the field provided.
- Click Create to add the referral code to the list.
From the Clients Settings tab, a CSR can also Add a New Call Log Reason, Add a New Policy Type, or Add a New Language.
