Once an order advances past the Open status, the order can no longer be deleted, even if it is Cancelled or Refused. To declutter the Orders index, a Customer Service Representative–or CSR–can archive individual orders as necessary.
Required permission(s): order_read, order_update

In the Orders module, select an order.

- Note*: Open orders cannot be archived.*

Click the

icon to open a menu of options.

Select Archive Order.

A CSR can also Archive All Shipped or Delivered Orders at once from the Orders index.
