If an error occurs while advancing plants, a Grow Technician can revert plants to the previous stage from the batch's Overview tab on the Gun App.

Required permission(s): batch_read, batch_update

  1. Open the batch's summary page by scanning its barcode.

  2. Click the

icon to open a menu of options.

  3. Select Revert Plant Stage.

    • Note: If the batch contains plants in multiple stages, this opens a disclaimer explaining that the user must select a subset. Click Next to proceed.

  4. Select the stage(s) of plants to revert by clicking the corresponding buttons. This option only appears if the batch has plants in more than one stage. Once all desired stages are selected, click Next.

    • Note: Plants in the Propagation stage cannot be reverted any further.

  5. Indicate which locations to select plants from by clicking the checkmark beside each location. Click the All checkbox to select all locations. Once all desired locations are selected, click Next.

  6. Enter the number of plants to revert in the field provided. Alternatively, select all plants by clicking the All radio button. Once the desired quantity is selected, click Next.

  7. Read through the Revert Stage confirmation page. If everything is in order, click Confirm to revert the plants to the previous stage.

Through the Gun App, Grow Technicians can also Revert the Stage of an Individual Plant.
