When destroying cannabis material throughout the seed-to-sale workflow, you must select a destruction reason code to indicate why the destruction is taking place. Customize the menu of destruction reason codes by following the steps below.
Required permission(s): destruction_lot_read
In the Destruction module, open the Settings tab.
Click into the Destruction Reason Codes sub-tab. It should be open by default.
Click New. This opens the Create Destruction Reason Code modal.
Enter a unique name for the new destruction reason code in the field provided. Destruction reason codes should be as specific as possible.
Click Save to add the new destruction reason code.
